We have many ways of rewarding your loyalty. Most importantly, you'll automatically earn Frequent Cups points with every purchase. One pound or Euro spent on any item on our website (excluding VAT and delivery charges) earns one Frequent Cups point, which is
equivalent to a 10% cash back reward on your spend. You also earn 6 points by completing
product reviews and
recommending us to your friends (if they make a purchase using the promotion, you'll get 10 points). You can also post about what you're currently drinking to social media and earn 2 points.
Once your point total reaches 100, you'll have a chance to convert them into a gift certificate. It's that easy!
Once you have over 100 points, you may easily exchange these for a gift certificate. You'll do this in the last step of your Checkout. Look for the 'Gift Certificates' field, and choose how many of your points (over 100) you would like to redeem from the drop-down menu. Once you do, the certificate/savings will be applied to your order. Should you change your mind and wish not to use them, please select "remove" next to the certificate number. Frequent Cup certificates do not expire and may be used at a later date. However, they cannot be applied to an order retroactively and may not be redeemed when using PayPal.
Please note that loyalty points apply to products, but not shipping.
Once the checkout process is complete, we unfortunately cannot apply a certificate retroactively. However, your certificate will remain valid and may be used anytime in the future. Missed the opportunity to apply one? Please see the "Redeeming Loyalty Points" section above for clarification on how to apply your discount.
Might you have friends who may enjoy our artisan teas? We invite you to mail all a
complimentary gift certificate. Once your friends redeem the certificate, we'll reward you by adding 10 points to your Frequent Cups total, bringing you closer to earning a gift certificate as well.
Given their free nature, our complimentary certificates come with a few caveats. One is that they work only for new customers. The other is a limit of one certificate per household or address. Our system may reject a certificate if the sender and recipient's addresses are too similar. Finally, they cannot be combined with other promotional offers like free shipping.
